Terms & Agreement

By accessing College Wingman™ or using any of the services associated with or provided by College Wingman, you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions. College Wingman may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without warning, and these changes will be effective immediately upon posting. College Wingman reserves the right to delete or modify any listings, reviews, photos, or other content without reason.

Eligibility. By using the services of College Wingman, you agree to these terms; that all profile registration information you submit is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Term. This Agreement shall remain in full effect for the entirety of your membership of College Wingman. If you wish to terminate your Membership with College Wingman for any reason, please send a message stating such using the link “Contact Us”. Please include your username in the email.

Content. College Wingman is not responsible for any content posted on the Site by users. You assume all risks associated with use of your content, and because you alone are responsible for your content (and not College Wingman), you may expose yourself to liability if, for example, posted content (including photos, reviews, or other information) violates a third party's rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory; contains material that is unlawful, including illegal hate speech or pornography; exploits or otherwise harms minors; or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation.

Copyright. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed below, is strictly prohibited.

Service Marks.  CollegeWingman, the accompanying logo, and others are our service marks or registered service marks or trademarks. These marks are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. Other company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Linking to the Site.  You may provide links to this Site, provided (a) that you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices on the Site, (b) your site does not engage in illegal or pornographic activities, and (c) you discontinue providing links to the Site immediately upon request by us.

Advertisers.  The Site may contain advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws.
